Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website nati.food (the "Site"), operated by Gheun Tak Private Limited ("Gheun Tak", "we", "us", "our") for its restaurant brand Nati. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the Site
The Site is the website of the Nati restaurant in Margao, Goa. It provides information about the restaurant and lets you contact us and request a reservation by telephone, by email, or through linked third-party platforms. The Site itself does not process online payments; payment is made in the restaurant or through the relevant delivery or reservation partner.
2. Reservations
A reservation request submitted or made through the Site's contact details or a linked platform is a request only, and is not confirmed until we (or the relevant platform) confirm it to you. We cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated. Please arrive on time; where a table is not claimed within a reasonable grace period, we may release it. For larger parties or special occasions we may apply additional conditions, which we will tell you about at the time. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to amend or cancel a booking.
3. Menu, availability and pricing
Our menu is seasonality-led. Dishes, ingredients, availability and prices are subject to change, and any menu shown on the Site is indicative and provided without prices. Prices charged in the restaurant or on delivery platforms may differ and are subject to applicable taxes and any service charge notified to you.
4. Allergens and dietary information
Information about ingredients, spice levels, allergens or nutrition — whether on the Site, on our menu, or given by our team — is provided in good faith but is subject to the important limitations set out in our Disclaimer. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, you must tell our team before you order.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, layout, design, logos, wordmarks, photographs, illustrations and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Gheun Tak Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. The storefront illustration is the work of Chef Avinash Martins and is used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, republication, commercial exploitation or the creation of derivative works — requires our prior written permission.
6. Trademarks
"Nati", the Nati wordmark, and "Gheun Tak" are trademarks of Gheun Tak Private Limited. Other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in a way that:
- violates any applicable law or regulation;
- infringes our or any third party's rights;
- interferes with the operation of the Site or attempts unauthorised access to its systems;
- involves scraping, harvesting or automated collection of data from the Site;
- transmits any material that is defamatory, obscene or unlawful.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services, including reservation and delivery platforms (such as District, Swiggy and Zomato), an embedded map, and the website of our parent company, Gheun Tak. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. No warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gheun Tak Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gheun Tak Private Limited from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Margao, South Goa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site, subject to any right of appeal to a superior court.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
